Kate Camizzi, MSN, APRN

Kate is an experienced clinician with over 30 years of experience in general psychiatric practice, psychotherapy, and medication management. She graduated from Adelphi University and has completed advanced post professional training in psychoanalytic therapy, eating disorders and addictions.
Kate works with people through the lifespan- from adolescent to older adults. She utilizes attachment, trauma based and interpersonal theories, incorporating CBT and DBT techniques. Above all, Kate meets the individual where he/she is at, believing that we are all much more simply human than otherwise. Her focus is to help you identify and remove those obstacles that keep you from being your best self.
Audrey Blanchard, LCSW
Therapist
Audrey is a licensed clinical social worker who has experience working with those dealing with a number of issues from mental health, substance abuse, anger, parenting, eating disorders, and anxiety to name a few. For over the past 17 years she has worked with adults, children, and adolescents in both outpatient, intensive outpatient and in home settings. She’s provided individual, group, family, and couples therapy utilizing many different therapeutic methods as she knows not one type of therapy works for everyone and every problem.
Pasquale Perfetto, MS, LPC

Pat is a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. He enjoys working with individuals, couples, and groups in a caring and supportive environment. He utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach to assist clients by shedding counterproductive thoughts and behaviors and replacing them with healthy attitudes and practices.
Lorrie Congdon, MSN, APRN
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Lorrie received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Fairfield University and her Master’s degree in nursing from New York University. She has over 20 years experience in all facets of psychiatric nursing, including inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, home care, case management, utilization review, and discharge planning.
Elizabeth Geller-Brennan, LCSW
Therapist
Liz has worked in mental health field since 1989. She has worked in community mental health, inpatient settings, family service, birth to three and private practice. Liz works with all ages and has a particular interest in mood disorders, persistent mental illness, trauma, parenting, couples therapy, DBT and group work. She practices from a humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive- behavioral perspective. Since attending University of Connecticut School of social work, she has truly enjoyed getting to know people and assisting them to identify their strengths and unique gifts.
